Labor Day was a special one for these two!! I met up with Michaela last week to go over final details of the photo shoot she wanted to do as a gift to her boyfiend, Lukios – a fun shoot to celebrate his birthday and capture their love!  I was excited to see them Monday evening and after getting ready to head to our location she put out her left hand and her eyes lit up!  Wait, what?!?!  Oh yeah – Lukious had proposed to her Monday morning!  “This is not an engagement shoot though!”  So now we got to spend an hour photographing a special day – their first day as fiancee’s and it was such a blessing to watch them laugh, love and enjoy just being together.  You could tell they had a special connection and I’m so happy for them and this next adventure together!

Congratulations you guys – thanks for letting me freeze this special day for you & enjoy the shout outs (yea!!).

Time to get patriotic….

I always ask my clients what their favorite things are – hobbies/sports teams/movies/etc.  These two?  Crowns and Captain America!  I loved it and made sure we had time to show off their props and personalities!
